When a refund request fails, it can be due to one of these reasons:
- Your transaction is not confirmed yet, meaning we have not received your payment. Once the transaction gets confirmed on the network, you will be able to request a refund.
- The wallet address was entered incorrectly. Please double check the address entered and attempt the request again, make sure the address is for the same payment method in which you paid.
- Your refund has already been processed to your address or Bitrefill account.
- Other technical errors, please contact us with a screenshot and your Invoice ID.
